Labor Audit is an intelligent platform developed to audit, through AI, payroll receipts, Form 931 (F°931) and Early Registration (Altas Tempranas) submitted by contractors through the Exactian portal.

1. Data Capture. All documentation submitted by contractors (Payroll Receipts, Form 931 and Early Registrations) is captured in real time. Once the data is captured, it is downloaded into data files, which are then analyzed using our proprietary analysis system developed by HB.
2. Identification of specific documents: The system is parameterized with the different Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs – CCT), payroll calculation formulas as established by each CBA, current and historical salary scales, and wage agreements between unions and companies, including their respective calculation formulas.
   
3. Formula Library by Contractor. Through AI, contractors’ payroll calculations are studied based on the payroll receipts submitted. Once the formulas used for payroll calculation are identified, they are stored in dedicated libraries that will serve as a reference for future submissions.
   
4. Continuous Audit. Based on the data captured from contractors’ submissions, all contractors’ payrolls are recalculated using AI, determining differences by item and identifying discrepancies between the amounts calculated by the Contractor and those determined by HB.

5. Dashboard. . From the information resulting from 100% of the audits performed on all contractors, interactive Dashboards have been developed. These allow access to pre-designed queries including: amounts of differences between what contractors submitted and what HB determined, differences by contractor, by CBA, by concept, by employee, percentages of correct versus incorrect payroll calculations, and cross-checks between what was submitted by the contractor versus what was declared in Form 931 and the Early Registration.
